📋 Description
• - Provide legal advice and support across various departments • - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents • - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies • - Conduct legal research and monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations • - Manage external counsel and coordinate on complex legal matters • - Support risk management initiatives and assist in resolving legal disputes • - Guide internal stakeholders on legal procedures and best practices
🎯 Requirements
