⢠Identify and engage potential employers across various sectors in Canada and internationally. ⢠Develop and implement strategies to attract new employers to our free-to-use platform. ⢠Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the value of our international talent pool. ⢠Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns. ⢠Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage the full sales cycle. ⢠Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on employer needs and market trends. ⢠Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
⢠Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ⢠3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR tech or recruitment industry. ⢠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. ⢠Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills. ⢠Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). ⢠Understanding of the challenges of global recruitment and immigration processes. ⢠Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. ⢠Strong networking skills, particularly within the legal and corporate sectors. ⢠Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: ⢠- Internet Connection: ⢠- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. ⢠- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. ⢠- Primary Device: ⢠- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. ⢠- A minimum of 8 GB RAM. ⢠- Backup Device: ⢠- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
