Crimson Academies is an education venture studio that builds and scales innovative schools and the AI-native software that runs them. 📋 Description

• Deliver engaging and interactive 1:1 online lessons to primary-aged students • Adapt teaching to each student's individual ability, pace and learning needs • Create a positive, supportive and engaging virtual learning environment • Build strong relationships with students and encourage active participation • Support students in developing strong academic foundations, confidence and curiosity • Provide a consistent and high-quality learning experience throughout the 28-week course • Communicate effectively and professionally with relevant academic and programme teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience teaching primary or elementary-aged students • Relevant teaching qualification and/or recognised teacher certification • Confidence working with younger learners and adapting teaching to individual needs • Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons in an online environment • Reliability and ability to commit consistently across the course period • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Availability aligned with the Northern Hemisphere teaching window • Experience teaching English, Mathematics, Science, World Geography and/or Computer Science at primary level would be advantageous
