📋 Description

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary 988 Chat & Text team • Oversee clinical quality, daily operations, staffing, performance, and service delivery • Provide clinical supervision, case consultation, contact review, and staff feedback • Monitor program metrics and ensure compliance with 988, contractual, accreditation, and organizational standards • Support implementation of new services, technology, training, and operational improvements • Collaborate with Crisis Connections leaders and external partners • Remain connected to frontline chat and text services and lead by example

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field • Independent or associate behavioral health licensure, with the ability to obtain the applicable Washington State credential • Ability to meet Washington State Mental Health Professional requirements • 4–5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health crisis work • Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, and behavioral health standards • Excellent written and digital communication skills • Experience with crisis chat/text, web-based crisis services, or digital contact center environments is strongly preferred
