📋 Description

• Deliver budgeted financial results (sales and EBITDA) for the DCS business. • Develop relationships with government, civil servants, decision makers, key professional bodies, and sector thought leaders to promote services and help grow DCS's business. • Monitor relevant regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and ensure programs and training are aligned. • Take part in and impact CPI’s Senior Leadership team (SLT), using strong leadership skills. • Provide consultation services, train DCC programs, and deliver thought-driven presentations as required. • Develop customer and partner relationships, participating in Marketing and Sales activities; at times requiring travel. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in development projects. • Lead, develop, and mentor team members in all functional areas, advocating for professional development on behalf of the team. • Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures. • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Eight years or more of work experience in the senior living and/or home care end market • Experience meeting “profit and loss” budgets within small to medium-sized commercial organizations • Experience working in senior leadership positions in profitably growing businesses in relevant sectors to CPI • Therapy or other health profession licensure in the state of practice and residence • Self-starter, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, persistent, and tenacious • Strategic and can see “bigger picture” but equally good attention to detail • Excellent teambuilding skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to delegate responsibilities and authority effectively and to encourage individuals to decide how they will accomplish their goals and resolve issues • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, writing, speaking, listening, and presentation skills • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
