📋 Description

• Define and execute strategies that expand product capabilities and drive adoption of the interviewing product range. • Use data analysis, customer research, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Engage in competitive analysis to surface differentiated product opportunities to grow market share. • Work closely with the product & engineering teams to define high quality product requirements. • Manage the full product lifecycle—from opportunity analysis to execution—ensuring delivery of meaningful, high-quality releases that align with business goals. • Partner with IO Psychology and Science teams to embed validated, evidence-based methods into product design. • Foster tight alignment with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful go-to-market execution and clear customer messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 + years of experience as a Product Manager delivering impactful SaaS or HR technology products. • Comfort with analytics, experimentation, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data. • Familiarity and experience in developing AI driven products • Deep curiosity about users, with a record of discovering and articulating non-obvious customer needs. • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to align diverse teams and stakeholders. • Technically fluent, with an understanding of modern web application architectures. • Familiarity with structured interviewing, IO psychology, or talent assessment practices. • Growth mindset—open to feedback, adaptable, and energized by continuous learning.
