📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the distributed fundraising program • Serve as point person to coordinate and promote success • Onboard new Indivisible groups to the program • Facilitate transfer of funds for local groups • Work with legal team for compliance • Develop trainings, resources, and toolkits • Communicate effectively with Indivisible group leaders • Collaborate with organizing team to support their knowledge • Provide coaching and professional development • Assist with team-wide efforts for movement support

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience • at least 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or program management work • Good judgment and interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication • Excellent customer service skills • Superior organizational skills • Ability to successfully collaborate and coordinate across teams • Strong writing skills • Alignment on the core values and strategy of the Indivisible Project
