• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a project • Engage in job organization and field staff management • Initiate the development of a project schedule, including activities and logical sequencing • Review and understand the project financial information, in conjunction with Project Management • Collaborate in the preparation and updating of the Work Progress Schedule (WPS) • Conduct weekly subcontractor schedule meetings and coordinate varying scopes of work • Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to current drawings and plans • Prepare detailed and timely daily reports • Assist in the review of submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications • Develop and execute the Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, 8+ years preferred • OSHA 30 Hour • Valid Drivers License • Successful completion of medical physical examination • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
