📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • As a CRM and ERP Developer at CRM Expert, you will play a pivotal role in customizing and developing CRM and ERP solutions for our clients. • Provide support and help desk services for our customers. • Collaborate closely with project managers, ensuring meticulous and thorough work, performing quality assurance, and documenting all aspects of your work. • Customize and develop CRM and ERP solutions, primarily using the Zoho platform, to meet clients' specific requirements. • Utilize PHP, Node.js, and API integrations to enhance CRM and ERP functionality. • Leverage your expertise in deluge scripting to automate processes and customize workflows within the Zoho ecosystem. • Provide support and help desk services for our customers. • Collaborate with version control systems, particularly Git, and understand CI/CD processes. • Provide daily reports to project managers at the start of each day. • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing to ensure CRM and ERP solutions meet high standards of quality and performance. • Maintain precise and organized documentation for all CRM and ERP development work.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in PHP, Node.js, API integration, and web services. • Experience in Deluge Scripting to automate processes and customize workflows within the Zoho ecosystem. • Experience in WordPress development is a valuable advantage. • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. • Meticulous and thorough approach to work. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and take initiative. • Strong communication skills in English. • Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes is an advantage. • Strong expertise in the Zoho platform, including Zoho CRM and ERP modules. • DevOps experience is an advantage. • Linux administration is an advantage.
