• Drive weekly sales reporting and performance analysis • Build and maintain go-to-market tools • Support end-to-end account execution • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Demand Planning, and other functions • Track and analyze account performance • Support retail marketing and marketplace execution • Prepare and support account meetings and seasonal reviews • Manage ad hoc requests and operational priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or operations; retail, wholesale, or footwear experience preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Clear, professional communication skills • Knowledge of U.S. retail and wholesale landscape • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to travel as needed (including overnights) and lift up to 40 lbs
