📋 Description

• Develop go-to-market plans for product launches, including messaging, positioning and channel distribution to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. • Work with cross-functional teams, partners and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing and events. • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, developing best practices and cross-team sharing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with the community, including influencers, partners, and users through active engagement. • Collate and analyze community feedback to provide valuable insights to the product team for roadmap updates and to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on this feedback. • Define target customer segments and develop targeted messaging and positioning for each segment. • Create engaging and informative content for product features & promotional offers across various channels. • Stay abreast of the latest market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the DeFi space.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience in developing go-to-market plans and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in defi / blockchain / crypto industry. • Strong understanding of DeFi, its trends and customer behavior • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
