📋 Description

• Manage incoming phone calls • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate tools • Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines • Go the extra mile to engage customers • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High level of German (written and spoken) – C1 • Good communication in English – B2 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong phone-handling skills and active listening • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different personality types • Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping customers • Problem-solving mindset with confidence in troubleshooting and investigation

🏖️ Benefits

• Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per day • Transport allowance: EUR 20 per month • Health insurance from day one (employee contributes a monthly amount; fully covered after 6 months of contract) • Fully paid training on the company and the specific project • Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes • Relocation support: Reimbursement of airfare (economy) at the end of the 6th month of the contract, up to EUR 400 • Relocation from outside Portugal: Shared apartment accommodation for up to 12 months; rent EUR 280 per month with all utilities included (deducted directly from the payslip)
