📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, representing one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands • Use phone, email, and chat to deliver a seamless customer experience • Respond to questions about products and services, providing expert guidance on a variety of car-related topics • Diagnose and resolve issues promptly and professionally, addressing customers’ concerns • Aim to turn every interaction into a satisfied customer • Enjoy living in Greece

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German • Strong command of English, both written and spoken • A genuine passion for cars is a strong plus • At least 6 months of experience in customer support/customer care preferred • Excellent communication skills • Problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn quickly • Positive, service-oriented attitude
