📋 Description
• Manage inbound customer inquiries from Hebrew-speaking clients • Provide accurate information about products and services • Handle complaints and escalations with professionalism • Document cases in CRM systems and follow up as needed • Contribute to team performance by achieving KPIs • Work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• C2 and higher level in Hebrew (written and spoken) • B2 English (written and spoken) • Full-time availability including weekends and holidays • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills • Right to work and live in Lithuania (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
