• Provide email and chat support to players in Russian, occasionally in English • Assist with account access, login issues, and registration • Support customers with payment questions, including refunds and transaction clarifications • Help restore and update account information such as emails, phone numbers, and security details • Handle compromised accounts and in-game character restoration • Clarify questions about reward programs, tokens, and pre-paid game cards • Manage sensitive customer data with professionalism and accuracy • Deliver a positive, helpful, and player-focused service experience
• Fluency C2 in Russian • English level B2 or higher • Valid right to live and work in Portugal (EU/EEA ID or Portuguese residence permit or Certificate of Temporary Protection) • Located in continental Portugal or willing to relocate (relocation help is provided) • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (daytime schedule) • Experience in customer service, tech support, or gaming communities (preferred) • Familiarity with gaming platforms and online account systems (preferred) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills (preferred) • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments (preferred)
