📋 Description

• Provide professional customer support to Audi customers via phone, chat, and email • Handle customer inquiries efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience • Update CRM systems accurately with relevant customer information • Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication • Support customer retention by providing effective solutions • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve quality and performance goals • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements • Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2) • English level B2 or higher • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required • Must already have the legal right to live and work in Portugal • Availability for Monday-to-Friday rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
