📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients and deliver tailored integrated solutions • Advise key stakeholders through Coupa selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration • Participate hands-on in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, supplier enablement, and best-practice activities • Utilize the full Coupa suite, including Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management • Develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in accordance with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and identify compliant opportunities with firm leadership • Mentor team members on career development and technical and soft skills • Contribute to recruiting, shadowing, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives • Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience • Functional/technical proficiency implementing at least one module within a financial system solution such as Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or Ariba • Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management • Experience designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules • Experience with business process re-engineering, analysis, project management, accounting/business workflow, end-to-end solution design, and technical specification documentation • Experience using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint • Ability to work with data for export/import requirements, including data formatting and manipulation • Ability to create design documentation for functional areas within sourcing, new vendors, procurement, AP, and contracting • Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation • Experience mentoring junior team members and resolving complex, multi-faceted issues • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline • Willingness to travel domestically 50–75% for project milestones • Coupa certification preferred
