• Dream up and produce engaging content for Crowdfunder’s social channels, especially Instagram and TikTok • Create stories that entertain, empower, and inspire action • Monitor social media trends and innovations and develop Crowdfunder-specific content • Identify projects with compelling stories • Reach out to projects and travel to film with them • Collaborate with community and marketing teams on social media strategy • Participate in creative sessions and gather digital content inspiration • Test new content styles, assess performance, and repeat successful approaches • Produce and edit video content • Appear on camera for interviews, round-up videos, project visits, and other content
• Understanding of social media platforms and their mechanics • Knowledge of 9:16 formatting, safe zones, and trending audio • Ability to create content that generates views while supporting consistent brand-building • Skilled in producing and editing video content • Experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Filmora • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable and willing to speak on camera • Experience in marketing, communications, or a similar field, or a personal social media presence demonstrating content-creation ability; applications accepted from any level of experience if supported by strong content examples • Must live in the UK • Self-employed position
