📋 Description

• Lead consulting engagement teams and provide high-level oversight on consulting engagements • Perform initial triage and scoping for prospective clients to understand client objectives and required level of effort • Partner with the Sales Team to scope and win new business • Manage and mentor team members to expand skill sets and maximize performance • Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for customer management, regulators, and legal counsel • Deliver high-quality services and continuously seek feedback to improve offerings • Partner with regional Services leaders to staff and schedule consulting engagements • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking events

🎯 Requirements

• University/College degree or equivalent experience • Team leadership experience in a matrixed consulting remote environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills, strong business acumen, and ability to exercise good judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality • Proven leader with the ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a high performing organization and establish strong cross-functional relationships • Ability to lead teams of highly motivated technical analysts • Ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical people • Ability to lead clients through high stress situations • Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude • Ability to travel in region on short notice, up to 30% of the time • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
