📋 Description

• Manage a team of Associate Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support • Own day-to-day operational health of the Retainer Management program • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve team processes and documentation • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive customer situations • Act as a key liaison between the Retainer Management team and internal stakeholders • Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Meaningful experience in people management capabilities • Directly managed a team and owned the full employee lifecycle • Experience overseeing customer relationship management programs • Working knowledge of cybersecurity services or incident response operations • Ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships across teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with problems resolution abilities
