📋 Description

• Manage annual planning cycles for IT and Cybersecurity budgets • Develop and maintain detailed budget tracking and forecasting models • Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting • Identify and implement process improvements for budget management • Monitor and report on technology spending patterns and trends • Support vendor contract management and cost analysis • Assist in developing IT chargeback/showback models • Create regular visuals and presentations for leadership • Collaborate with technical teams to understand resource requirements • Support cost optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field • 8+ years of experience in Technology Finance or IT Budget Management • Strong understanding of IT cost structures and budgeting processes • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling • Experience with cloud service provider billing (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Experience with budget management tools and systems • Understanding of IT service delivery models • Bonus Points: • Experience in technology or cybersecurity industry • Knowledge of IT financial management tools • Experience with process automation • Background in vendor management • Proficiency with business intelligence tools • Experience in high-growth environments
