📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end background check processes using the Sterling/First Advantage platform • Collaborate with Global Security to assess and process adverse findings according to company policy and regulatory requirements • Monitor and track background check completion metrics against hiring timelines • Provide prompt follow-up and communication throughout the candidate lifecycle from offer acceptance to start date • Advise candidates, employees and managers on Talent processes, procedures and required actions • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices • Work with third-party stakeholders to provide information in accordance with local employment legislation • Assist with other projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone • Bachelor’s degree or related business field coupled with 1–3 years’ experience in Human Resources • Experience with background check management, onboarding and processing TA related transactions • Experience as first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service related role • Process improvement, training, communication and project management skills • Strong communication skills with ability to handle sensitive information discreetly • Superb attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Ability to work cross functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment • Ability to work at all levels in an organization and across different cultures • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Experience with Workday, Sterling and/or First Advantage, and ServiceNow is a bonus
