📋 Description

• Not only answer “what does the data say” but also shape how the data is collected, stored, and governed so that reporting and analytics are easier, faster, and more reliable. • Work closely with data engineers to ensure smooth project execution, writing specs, validating outputs, and tracking progress. • Coordinate with external partners on data exchange processes and oversee quality/frequency standards. • Build and maintain dashboards, ensuring reports meet business requirements and follow best practices. • Review and improve BI/reporting structures to make them more reliable and maintainable. • Optimize current workflows, automate reporting processes, and establish best practices. • Provide ad-hoc data support (queries, anomaly investigations, troubleshooting). • Make lightweight adjustments to pipelines, scheduling, or BI models

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL & Python skills and experience with data modeling. • Hands-on with BI tools: Looker & LookML required; exposure to other tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Apache Superset) is a plus. • Familiarity with web analytics platforms, especially GA4 (Google Analytics 4). • Experience with modern cloud data warehouses, e.g. BigQuery. • Understanding of data architecture principles, governance, and best practices. • Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners on data pipelines. • Strong communication skills to connect business and engineering stakeholders. • Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
