📋 Description

• Responsible for the effective operation and support of functionalities for our cloud-based SaaS platform Ascendon. • Act as the first responder for production incidents and exceptions, ensuring quick triage and resolution of critical issues. • Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to improve observability, logging, and alerting across the application stack. • Handle deployment and configuration of the ACB solution in production environments. • Monitor the functionality and performance of the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability. • Create and maintain operational playbooks and SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and DevOps activities. • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow. • Work closely with global teams and stakeholders across time zones to ensure seamless operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and operating enterprise-grade applications. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools – Azure DevOps preferred. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server. • Experience in deploying and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services. • Exposure to the telecom billing domain is a strong advantage. • Excellent communication and customer support skills. • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and handle production support.
