📋 Description

• Negotiate LTSA's with clients/owners and Sub-LTSA's with service providers • Prepare and review detailed scopes of work for service providers and equipment suppliers • Ensure sites meet contractual requirements, including capacity and availability guarantees • Manage service providers and equipment suppliers to maintain equipment uptime • Recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiencies • Review and approve maintenance reports • Analyze performance data to determine root causes and performance trends • Assist with monthly reports to clients/owners and present performance metrics and KPIs • Build and develop business relationships vital to project success • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, attend client meetings, and manage queries

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background in Engineering or a related discipline • At least 5 years' experience in account management in renewable power generation or a service environment • Experience with electrical, controls, and network communication systems • Strong negotiation, facilitation, risk management, and consensus-building skills • Knowledge of general and national codes, medium-voltage power systems, and photovoltaic or energy storage applications is an asset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact professionally with and positively influence diverse executives, managers, and subject matter experts • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong ownership mentality • Experience with renewable power generation, project management, and O&M • Customer-focused experience in a supplier service environment
