• Teach synchronous online ServiceNow workflow deployment courses via Microsoft Teams (live classes twice weekly Monday and Tuesday evenings) • Plan and organize instruction to maximize virtual student learning and engagement • Modify instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student needs • Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter • Possess and demonstrate mastery of ServiceNow workflow deployment, including administration, application development, and performance analytics • Design, update, and align course materials, hands-on labs, assessments, and other course components with college standards • Build and maintain course shells and templates, including syllabi, exams, discussions, assignments, and assessments in LMS (e.g., Canvas) • Review course material for accuracy and relevance and recommend improvements • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and scheduled class hour requirements • Collaborate with colleagues, attend meetings, and participate in academic initiatives for program improvement • Stay current in subject matter through professional development, conferences, and workshops • Maintain data security and confidentiality and ensure a safe, ergonomic home office environment • Adhere to CIAT policies, business casual attire, and communication guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree (required) and official transcripts must be provided • Preferred degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or related fields • Minimum of three years of professional experience working with ServiceNow OR two years of ServiceNow administration experience plus one year of IT Service Management experience • Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Application Specialist, ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementor (preferred but not required) • Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses (preferred) • Preferred experience with LMS platforms: Canvas, Moodle, Cornerstone, Blackboard, Saba, Chamilo, or iSpring • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in using functions and features of the ServiceNow platform, including administration, application development, and performance analytics • Demonstrated understanding of ServiceNow principles and best practices • Ability to teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams (Monday and Tuesday evenings) • Availability for live classes twice weekly (Monday and Tuesday) from 6:00pm-9:30pm PST • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, academic departments, and administration • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education and adult learning • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective lesson plans and assessments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Compliance with all college policies, procedures, and regulations • Must reside in California or New Mexico to perform remote work
