📋 Description

• Assist in creating posts, emails, and campaigns for social media and the blog • Write and proofread creative, engaging copy • Publish content on social channels and monitor community engagement • Support email marketing sends and learn about digital platforms • Edit images and organize graphic assets (basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus) • Assist with performance analysis and campaign reporting • Collaborate with the marketing team in brainstorms and creative projects

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma in progress or completed • Aged between 14 and 24 years (in compliance with the Apprentice Law) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Good written communication and willingness to learn about digital marketing • Organized, curious, and proactive in daily tasks • Interest in professional development and growing with the team • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Artificial Intelligence tools • Experience participating in school or personal projects related to content creation • Knowledge of social media best practices or automation tools • Interest in courses in marketing, design, or communications

• Meal allowance: R$31.10 per day for in-person course days • Transportation allowance: R$17.80 per day for in-person course days • Home office allowance: reimbursement up to R$250.00 per month • Computer provided as a work tool
