📋 Description

• Own Culligan’s SEO and GEO strategy, delivery, and measurement end to end • Grow high-quality organic traffic, leads, and revenue across B2B and consumer propositions • Lead technical SEO, including audits, migrations, structured data, crawl and indexation, and Core Web Vitals • Develop content and topical authority, including keyword/entity strategy and content refresh programmes • Build authority through digital PR, original data, and editorial partnerships • Develop Culligan’s Generative Engine Optimisation capability for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI assistants • Manage organic search performance across technical SEO, content, digital PR, authority building, and local/multi-location search • Manage agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Deliver measurable commercial outcomes from organic search, including traffic quality, leads, revenue, and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO, with clear ownership of strategy and measurable commercial results • Demonstrable technical SEO capability: audits, migrations, structured data, crawl and indexation, and Core Web Vitals • Strong content and keyword/entity strategy experience, including topical authority and content refresh programmes • Experience building authority through digital PR, original data, or editorial partnerships • Practical, evidenced experience of GEO / AI search visibility, or a clear, credible track record of adapting quickly to major search change • Advanced use of GA4, Google Search Console, and at least one enterprise SEO platform, such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Botify, or Conductor • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes from organic search, including traffic quality, leads, revenue, and ROI
