📋 Description

• Support the marketing efforts of the program • Assemble seminar packets • Coordinate logistics of seminars • Maintain lobby marketing materials supply • Coordinate mailings • Execute basic marketing activities at the member level birthday cards newsletters • Administrative support to financial services professional(s) • Coordinate the financial services professional(s) schedule • Maintain financial services professional(s) calendar • Set up and confirm appointments with members • Manage phone calls for financial services professional(s) • Order supplies • Create and manage contact information • Support success of program • Coordinate and track referrals • Conduct training with CU employees on program processes • Program reporting • Support TruStage Wealth Management Solutions (TWMS) Compliance initiatives • Maintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS’ policies and procedures for data security and privacy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing • Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people • Strong attention to detail • Previous experience with Salesforce • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
