📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, manage, and administer company contracts • Oversee proposal preparation and contract negotiation • Lead negotiations on contract terms and conditions • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and interpret terms and conditions • Facilitate implementation of contract responsibilities within program objectives and requirements • Prepare contractual notices and contract variations • Support program managers and supply chain management on complex bids involving subcontractors and vendors • Provide regular reporting to senior management on contract issues • Interpret and apply contract policies • Manage formulation of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for division/product areas and programs • Work with sales managers, legal, insurance, trade compliance, bid teams, General Managers, and program delivery teams to shape commercial strategy and deliver winning bids and successful program delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (law degree preferred) • 7-10 years of contract management experience, preferably in supply of goods, construction, or IT services • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and management of commercial contracts • Strong negotiation leadership and communication skills • Position may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information
