• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent education • 7-10 years of B2B product marketing experience in a technical or industrial sector (aerospace, defense, electronics, or related fields preferred) • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills - able to turn technical complexity into clear, persuasive language • Proven ability to develop go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, and integrated campaigns • Strong collaboration and communication skills - comfortable engaging with engineers, sales teams, and executives alike • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Eloqua, Wrike, or Google Analytics is an asset • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
