📋 Description

• Solve complex data engineering challenges for enterprise-wide data architecture • Design and implement scalable data solutions on Databricks and Azure • Establish engineering standards and drive architectural best practices • Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective data strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive data engineering experience at increasing levels of seniority • Near-expert hands-on proficiency with Databricks and the Azure data ecosystem • Demonstratable experience designing and implementing end-to-end data architectures for complex environments • Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise technical excellence standards • Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns, DataOps practices, and pipeline frameworks
