📋 Description

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes • Prepare and maintain financial models and planning tools • Gather and analyze financial and operational data for planning activities • Identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis • Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics • Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast • Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and operational performance data • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes • Partner with finance and operational teams to provide insights and reporting support • Evaluate business cases, customer contracts, and operational initiatives • Provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses for management • Support leadership with data and reporting for key business decisions • Track and report key performance indicators • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement • Monitor financial performance against established goals and targets • Maintain reporting tools, templates, and financial databases • Support automation and streamlining of financial reporting processes • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • 1-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of financial data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills • Experience in facilities services, property services, outsourcing, or other service-based industries preferred • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms preferred • Internship or experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting processes preferred • Progress toward a CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional credential preferred
