• 7+ years of professional experience designing digital products (SaaS or complex web applications preferred) • Proven ability to lead multi-team design initiatives that drive measurable outcomes • Deep visual and interaction design expertise—a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, motion, and accessibility • Systems thinker with experience building or scaling design systems • Fluency with front-end principles and an understanding of technical constraints • Comfort with AI-enhanced tools and modern prototyping workflows • Excellent async communication skills—clear documentation, strong storytelling, and a bias for clarity and action • A track record of mentorship, collaboration, and influence within design teams
