📋 Description
• Responsible for customer relationship management post sign up or trial • Guide customers to formulate Accounts health, Product adoption Milestones, Risk and Up sell Alerts • Conduct workshops for customers to setup various playbooks • Act as the bridge between customer feedback and product design team
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year relevant work experience in a Customer Facing or Account Management role at a B2B SaaS company • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience and comfort in working with Global Customers in US / EU / UK work experience preferred • Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT and electronics & communication engineering or a Business Management degree (MBA) is a must
