📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions across core product workflows. • Build and maintain machine learning models for tasks such as demand forecasting, order optimization, and anomaly detection. • Integrate LLMs and other generative AI tools to automate customer support, data entry, and reporting. • Collaborate with product managers to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements. • Optimize performance and scalability of AI systems in production environments. • Monitor and evaluate model performance, retraining and tuning as needed. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. • Document architecture, workflows, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or related fields. • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices. • Experience deploying models in production environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Knowledge of foodservice or supply chain operations is a plus but not required.
