• Responsible for building and leading a high-performing, scalable commercial organization that consistently delivers exceptional patient outcomes. • Accelerates adoption of Barostim Therapy, achieves commercial commitments, develops outstanding leaders. • Creates sustainable competitive advantage through disciplined execution and organizational excellence. • Provides strategic leadership for an assigned geographic region and is accountable for achieving commercial and financial objectives. • Develops Area Sales Directors and future leaders who execute the company's commercial strategy while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree required. • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the medical device, biotechnology, or healthcare industry • Demonstrated success leading second-line commercial leaders across geographically dispersed organizations • Proven experience commercializing innovative therapies requiring physician adoption, multidisciplinary collaboration, reimbursement navigation, and long sales cycles • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing commercial leaders • Experience driving organizational change and building leadership capability. • Experience building scalable commercial operating models and improving commercial execution. • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement, Integrated Delivery Networks, and hospital purchasing environments • Experience utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred), commercial analytics, forecasting tools, and business planning processes • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) preferred • Prior experience with devices intended for the treatment of heart failure (HF) • High growth or startup company experience
