📋 Description

• Lead the modernization of pharmacy platforms • Focus on transforming data strategy and automating workflows • Develop and execute a data strategy generating actionable business insights • Define and deliver product roadmaps aligning with modernization goals • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams ensuring data quality • Identify opportunities to streamline pharmacy operations through automation • Enhance colleague and in-store experiences through UX and omnichannel strategies • Own and manage the product backlog; ensure sprint readiness and delivery cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working as Technical Lead/Design lead/ Solution lead/Technical Product Manager • 5+ years of experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures • 5+ years of experience working in agile product development • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
