📋 Description

• Manage implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise messaging platforms • Serve as product owner for Email, SMS, Push, and RCS capabilities • Define and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and Agile backlogs • Partner across Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Operations • Lead governance of digital communication platforms powering customer engagement across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Management, Technical Product Owner, Marketing Technology, Management Consulting, or related field • 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise marketing communication platforms • 5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for acquisition, retention, personalization, preference management, and consent management • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects across various businesses simultaneously • 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical requirements • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable MarTech platforms • Must be able to support east and central time zones work hours • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder • Agile experience using Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe • Experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries • Professional level communication skills and business acumen • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and executive leaders • Experience preparing and presenting materials to executive leadership and cross-functional business teams • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred • Equivalent work experience can be considered
