📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules • Serve as the primary technical and functional escalation point for Epic-related development issues • Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes • Oversee Epic application build, configuration, and customization across assigned modules • Ensure Epic development adheres to best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements • Guide development and support of Epic integrations • Translate clinical and operational needs into technical Epic solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration • 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems • Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules • Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations • Experience leading complex Epic projects or large-scale implementations
