📋 Description
• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in their homes • Conduct medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and additional diagnostic tests • Travel locally and within licensed states for patient visits • Conduct virtual visits as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
