• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations engaging with people in their homes • Travel up to 100% across a defined coverage area • Conduct virtual visits as needed • Review medication and medical history, and physical evaluations

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
