• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of Directed Payment Programs (DPPs) • Ensure compliance with SoonerSelect and OHCA regulatory requirements • Act as the primary point of contact for providers • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of healthcare experience • Strong background in claims operations • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with healthcare providers • Solid understanding of Medicaid managed care • Proven leadership skills
