📋 Description
• Gather and analyze operational and performance data for monthly reporting • Support planning and execution of network initiatives and governance meetings • Track timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives • Draft updates, prepare meeting materials and maintain strong channels to keep stakeholders informed • Produce clear and compelling executive messaging • Collaborate with Network and Shared Service partners
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in healthcare, insurance or healthcare consulting and/or completion of General Management Development Program (GMDP) • 3+ years of data analysis and leadership reporting experience • Strong experience with Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
