📋 Description
• lead initiatives that optimize performance, enhance patient outcomes, and support development of new pharmacy and healthcare services • manage testing strategies and evaluate operational models • ensure regulatory alignment and embed patient safety in innovation • collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of full-time experience in a retail and/or corporate environment • knowledge of retail pharmacy operations • proven ability to engage and inspire teams • demonstrated strength influencing without authority • continuous improvement and structured problem-solving skills • strong execution and professional maturity • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
