📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Gather and analyze customer needs and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization. • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Prioritize backlog items and manage trade-offs between scope, timeline, and resources. • Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. • Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate based on data-driven insights. • Lead release planning, communicate schedules, and ensure stakeholder alignment. • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to resolve dependencies and remove blockers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare administration, or related field—or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes. • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira). • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
