📋 Description

• Own end to end implementation of eConsult program initiatives • Establish effective interpersonal relationships with client personnel • Promote user participation in RubiconMD’s platform • Onboard end users to the platform • Increase eConsult utilization using clinician engagement tactics • Identify opportunities for programmatic eConsult use cases • Aggregate client feedback to inform product roadmaps • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver upon client requests • Serve as the voice of the user in solutions with internal teams • Utilize RubiconMD’s reporting suite to derive client insights • 10% travel to client/clinic sites as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of project or program management experience • 2+ years of experience directly working with primary care clinicians • Understanding of best practice primary care workflows • Passion for inspiring clinician behavior change • Client-facing experience is preferred • Strategic approach with detailed execution skills • Planning and organization skills • Strong presentation and public speaking skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
