📋 Description

• Recruit quality dental networks of dentists for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients and members • Provide access and affordability for Aetna Dental members • Foster growth of managed care contracted networks • Enhance the profitability of Aetna • Work in a remote but mobile environment • Travel for recruiting projects as needed, up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong negotiation expertise • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel data manipulation and analysis • Agility and flexibility toward changing priorities • Ability to travel up to 20% for recruiting projects • High School diploma required • 5–8 years of relevant work experience preferred • Critical and independent thinking skills preferred • Time management and organization skills preferred • Ability to analyze situations, determine relevance, and select an appropriate course of action preferred • Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology preferred • Recruiting and/or sales experience, including goal-oriented work, preferred • Project management experience preferred • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
