📋 Description

• Lead MHK product development and configuration for Grievance & Appeals Department • Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps • Partner with product leadership and design to integrate customer perspective • Ensure balance between customer needs and critical stakeholders • Lead coordination with Value Stream Lead and Business Analysts to document business requirements • Build, prioritize, and maintain the Team Backlog • Support team in backlog prioritization and guide sequencing of work • Articulate well-written Features and Stories • Collaborate with Architecture for Architectural Runway • Provide leadership and cross-communication with collaborators • Validate features and stories meet acceptance criteria and quality • Drive communications, training, and process documentation changes • Use performance data to identify issues and develop insights about product health • Serve as point of contact for feature delivery and alignment with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• SAFe Agile Certification • 5+ years of product management or product owner experience within an Agile framework • 5+ years of product strategy experience related to enhancing products or services • 5+ years of experience with setting performance objectives and key results, reviewing analytics, and competitive analysis • 5+ years of performing planning, delivering, and supporting product strategies • Experience with G&A Systems (i.e., MHK, CATS, DAG) (Preferred) • Experience working in SAFe Agile environment (Preferred) • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership (Preferred) • Excellent business acumen and business intelligence (Preferred) • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience OR High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience (REQUIRED) • Master's Degree (PREFERRED)
