📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes • Contribute to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of new projects • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols • Communicate effectively and lead meetings with stakeholders • Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and establish clear metrics for measuring project success • Help develop project plans, timelines, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years work experience with business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI) • Experience working in data analytics in the healthcare industry • Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs that resulted in material business successful outcomes • Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with data preparation tools (Alteryx, Dataiku, SQL) • Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
